First, in order for you to understand how it all works, I have to give you a little bit of background on how it all came to be. Success didn't happen quickly for me. I began my quest for wealth over twenty years ago. I came from a poor background. When I started, I was very young and a bit naïve, so like many others I responded to all kinds of business opportunities. I am the proud owner of dozens of ‘How To’ manuals, tapes, CDs and DVDs!Well, as you can imagine, after almost two decades of this, I was worn out! And I hadn't achieved much at all. One evening I sat down and thought about all the time, energy and effort. I was feeling pretty despondent I don’t mind admitting. Most of it had been a complete waste of time. The get-rich schemes hadn't worked for me and I had a family to support. I was weary of the 9-5 grind and was hungry for a way out.

What on earth was I going to do?
 
Suddenly it hit me right between the eyes:

The penny dropped. Whilst I'd been chasing a dream, the solution was right on my doorstep all along. In fact, it was my doorstep! The whole time, I'd been living in the surest way to make money in the world. Property.
I began to look around, and guess what? I noticed lots of people living in million-pound+ properties. Many of them were just average people, not geniuses, or those with blinding talent or stunning business acumen. 
How did they do it? (I freely admit I was a little jealous) Answer?...

When I first realised that, I decided then and there that I would never spend another bean on silly business schemes. I vowed to make the property market work for me.

Trouble was, back then I didn’t have a clue what I was doing!

I kept going, though. I read everything I could find, spoke to every estate agent I knew, went to every investment property seminar, attended every property workshop. But despite all that, I couldn't seem to find deals that didn't involve risking all my savings – and then some. Even THAT would get me into just ONE investment property. I knew I needed ten or more to make the sort of money I needed.

I was so disappointed, having invested thousands of pounds in seminars that promised me the world, only to find that they gave me no practical way to make a fortune from property. What's the Difference Between a Locator and Investor?

Our Property Investment Club consists of two sorts of members. Property Locators and Property Investors.

Property Locators are simply people who want to begin building their million pound property portfolio but simply don't yet have the funds to make it happen. Using our carefully selected criteria and methods (following the intense training that we provide), the Locators find property in their local area, and pass it on (via us) to the Investors (You) who buy it. It's that simple. Each time a deal is completed, the Locator gets a tasty fee for their effort.

Of course, you're never under any obligation to take a deal. We always have a large enough investor base, that if you don't like the deal for any reason, they'll be someone else that it'll probably be perfect for.
