It sounds daft now, but I really did have a go at everything: MLM, mail-order, auctions, publishing, horse racing systems, licensing, stock market systems, the Internet and so on. I am the proud owner of dozens of ‘How To’ manuals, tapes, CDs and DVDs!Well, as you can imagine, after almost two decades of this, I was worn out! And I hadn't achieved much at all. One evening I sat down and thought about all the time, energy and effort. I was feeling pretty despondent I don’t mind admitting. Most of it had been a complete waste of time. The get-rich schemes hadn't worked for me and I had a family to support. I was weary of the 9-5 grind and was hungry for a way out.

What on earth was I going to do?

That was a difficult time. Most people would have given up and chalked it down to experience. But I refused to give up. Instead, I spent ten years researching the investment property market, looking for ways to make it work.

I knew it HAD to work as so many ordinary people were sitting on substantial property wealth.
 
And finally…   I found the secret!

Not only did I discover a method that worked even though I had NO SPARE MONEY WHATSOEVER, I found I could actually get a substantial CASH PAYMENT within weeks. Fast-forward a few years to now, and my method is proving to be just as successful as it ever was. In fact, we're bringing in so many deals, we no longer have the capacity to handle them all.
